Thank you for shopping with FAZZARA. We deliver across the UAE and selected GCC countries using trusted third-party logistics partners. Our goal is to ensure safe, reliable, and transparent delivery for every customer.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Qatar

We do not offer shipping outside these regions at this time.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation via Email or WhatsApp once your order is placed.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated as follows:

Express Delivery (UAE selected cities): 3–5 business days

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

GCC Countries: 7–14 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Model

FAZZARA operates using a dropshipping model. Products are fulfilled through verified third-party logistics partners and are shipped directly from our supply network.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available during promotions or special campaigns.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only in selected UAE locations

Saudi Arabia and Qatar orders are prepaid only

Orders may require confirmation before dispatch

7. Customs & Duties

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp.

9. Delays

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, holidays, or high-demand periods. We always assist customers in tracking their orders.
